Ok. It started one day when Ryan M. called me (Kyle) up and asked if i wanted to start a band. I was all over the idea.
we then picked up Chris on drums. This left us with Ryan singing, Kyle on bass, and Chris on drums. So obviously, we needed
a guitarist. After searching for about a month or two and going through a few kids, we found one that fit. His name is Zack
S. We had our first practice (about) the day after we found him. Chris, didn't show up for practice, cause he wanted to see
his girlfriend. So at practice, Ryan soon learned that Steve S., Zack's little brother, could play drums. Chris was then dropped
and we got Steve. We had a practice and we came out with a song. But before the end of practice, Ryan was switched to bass
and i got switched to singing. We had two songs, both which were horrible. Soon later, Tyler F. came to one of our practices.
Boy could he sing. He was quickly added to the lineup as another singer. That was our lineup for a while. We then realized
we needed a name. Ahh, The Resistance, that was us. We played our first show two weeks after we started as a band. The show
was horrible, we kept getting unplugged and stuff cause it was at a party with nothing but jocks. So our first show sucked.
The next day, Zack & Steve had a show in their basement, where The Resistance played. Debbie Did What!? also played. This
show was better, the kids there actually wanted to hear us. So that was that. Then, the next weekend, Tyler had a show
in his basement. This had basically the same kids there as the show in Zack & Steve's basement. Everyone ended up
going upstairs and by the time we had one song left, we were playing for one person, Aaron. Tyler didn't wanna play the last
song, but the rest of the band played it for Aaron. Aaron sang along. The band soon realized something -- Aaron had a sweet
voice! So Aaron soon replaced Tyler as singer. Shortly after, in fact I don't think we had anymore practices yet, Ryan quit.
We then learned the band name, The Resistance, was taken. So we had to change it. We ended up as Suburban Slaughter. So
the band was bassless. But, I could play bass. So i went to bass. This leads to the lineup we have now. We practiced
so much. We actually got good songs and stuff. Then, on January 14th, we played Albion open mic night at Albion HS. It was
an incredible show. about 40-50 kids showed up just to see us. It touched our hearts haha. But, the day we went back to school
after the weekend, we got word we were banned from Albion. So that's that, and we're banned from Albion now. Now, Tyler might
be rejoining the band as a guitarist. And we have a new name for now...Suburban Chaos. Then now, Tyler has officially joined
the band as a second guitarist. Now time has passed. Tyler and Aaron are not in the band anymore, and Vaughn has taken role
as the singer. After playing awhile with VON TOXIC, we felt that we could use another guitarist, so after some try-outs, we
found Rob. That's the story for now!
